How do I connect my Zoom account?

Go to Settings → Integrations and click "Connect Zoom". You'll be redirected to Zoom to authorize MiruPulse. Once connected, your cloud recording transcripts will automatically appear for review.

What data does MiruPulse access from Zoom?

We only access transcript text from your cloud recordings. We do not access audio files, video files, or recordings from meetings you didn't host. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I disconnect my Zoom account?

Go to Settings → Integrations and click "Disconnect" next to Zoom. This will stop future transcript imports. Previously analyzed conversations will remain in your history unless you delete them.

How is my data protected?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. Your transcripts are processed by AI only to generate analysis results and are not retained by AI providers.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual analyses from your history, or contact us to delete your entire account and all associated data.

What is the ROE Score?

ROE (Return on Emotion) is our proprietary metric that measures emotional intelligence effectiveness in conversations. It analyzes linguistic patterns to provide insights into leadership presence, authenticity, and communication impact.
