Last Updated: January 21, 2026
At Miru Pulse, we believe privacy shouldn't require a law degree to understand. This page explains in plain language what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. For the full legal details, please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We are not a surveillance tool.
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Understanding Our Terms
Encryption At-Rest

Client
An organization that has contracted with Miru Pulse to use our platform for their team or company.

The specific data collected depends on your organization's configuration and agreement with Miru Pulse.
What We Don't Do
We do NOT monitor meetings in real-time. No one at Miru Pulse is watching or listening to your calls.
We do NOT review conversation content. We analyze patterns, not what you said.
We do NOT generate individual performance scores. We provide team and organizational insights, not individual employee evaluations.
We do NOT report what you said to your employer. Your employer sees engagement insights, not conversation details.
We do NOT sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
We do NOT use your data to train AI models. Your data is used only to provide insights to your organization.
