How It Works
Automatic Import Flow
- Host a Zoom meeting with cloud recording and transcription enabled.
- End the meeting. Zoom will process the recording and generate a transcript (usually takes 5-15 minutes).
- Automatic notification. When the transcript is ready, Zoom notifies MiruPulse automatically.
- Review in Conversations. The transcript appears in your Conversations page under "Pending" for speaker confirmation.
- Confirm speakers and analyze. Verify who is the main speaker, then click "Analyze" to generate insights.
Manual Sync
If you connected Zoom after hosting meetings, you can manually sync to import existing transcripts:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find your connected Zoom account
- Click "Sync Now" to import transcripts from the past 30 days
Requirements
- ✓Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise account
Cloud recording is not available on free Zoom accounts.
- ✓Cloud recording enabled
Go to Zoom Settings → Recording → enable "Cloud recording".
- ✓Audio transcript enabled
In Recording settings, enable "Audio transcript" under Advanced cloud recording settings.
- ✓You must be the meeting host
We only import transcripts from meetings you hosted.
Disconnecting Your Zoom Account
You can disconnect your Zoom account at any time:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find your connected Zoom account
- Click "Disconnect"
Note: Disconnecting stops future transcript imports. Previously analyzed conversations will remain in your history unless you delete them manually.
Troubleshooting
My meeting transcript didn't appear
- • Wait 10-15 minutes after the meeting ends for Zoom to process the recording
- • Ensure cloud recording was enabled before the meeting started
- • Verify you were the host of the meeting
- • Try clicking "Sync Now" in Settings → Integrations
Authorization failed
- • Make sure you're signed into the correct Zoom account
- • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
- • Clear your browser cookies and try again
No transcripts available
- • Verify "Audio transcript" is enabled in your Zoom recording settings
- • Check that the meeting had audio content to transcribe
- • Ensure cloud recording is enabled on your Zoom account
